Innovative Approaches To The Development Of Pedagogical Systems: Theoretical Legal Approach

Abstract: 

In the present article author analyzes questions of innovative approaches in the pedagogical systems development and implementation. Author notes that, according to K.D. Ushinsky, pedagogics can't be named as a science in the strict sense of this word. One can't be learned as mathematics, astronomies, anatomy and physiology. Pedagogics, except for the acquaintances to sciences from the area of philosophy requires the ability to use this knowledge for teaching: sets of the actual data which aren't making actually science, development of observations in the known relation of skills. But, without being a science, pedagogics, as well as medicine, represents possibility of theoretical and practical studying. Teacher - the direct creator of the educational process, founder of the educational situations through which pupil in school passes. An educational process which is generated by the teacher becomes a pedagogical science's object of studying. In turn, teacher-practitioner leans on the fruits of many people efforts - authors of educational materials, grants, recommendations, etc. Independently conceiving teacher doesn’t also disregard the wide range of theoretical pedagogical knowledge, using in the work those means which are created and improved by the science. Therefore the question of the teacher's relation to the pedagogical science is inseparably linked with another important question - on the sources of pedagogical works of the teacher and area of implementation.
