The present article is devoted to the analysis of the main features of New Zealand modern system of administrative justice. While the discussions about the ways of the administrative justice development in Russia proceed, study of the foreign countries experience with settled legal traditions in the considered area appears to be interesting. We will consider features of New Zealand system of administrative justice which is the unitary state founded on the principles of constitutional monarchy and parliamentary democracy. In relation to the legal system of New Zealand it should be noted that it is a part of the English general law family. Author, considers the main questions of the system of pseudo court bodies in the New Zealand system of administrative justice, including tribunals, commissions, committees, paying special attention to the Waitangi Tribunal. Author pays special attention and gives characteristic to the legal status of the Ombudsman in New Zealand, and also in details analyzes the role of courts in the New Zealand system of administrative justice. In the presented author's research the detailed explanation of the New Zealand norms of law is given, actual comments and explanations are made. Author gives opinions of domestic jurists and official materials of foreign ministries and departments.
